Tastology: Ippudo NY

I love Japanese food and no matter where I go, I will always want to try out some Japanese restaurants in different countries. Joseph has recently been to New York and he has written a review for Ippudo NY, a Japanese restaurant there. I am a big fan of Ramen so when I read his review, I just want to buy a ticket and fly to NYC right the way.
