Trendology: Josephus Thimister Haute Couture S/S 2010

Paris fashion week has just concluded but a new wave has begun and this is the Haute Couture Week. Josephus Thimister is the first person to showcase his Couture works. He has been absent for several years and this come back show is representing his come back to the fashion world.

The inspiration for this collection is World War I so you are expected to see a lot of military style outfits. The color combination is white, green and red which red is represented as blood stain. I am a huge fan of military style fashion so when I get to see this collection, my eyes just popped out. I am also excited to see Josephus has created the mens line for Haute Couture because this is a rare case. Overall, I am very satisfied with this collection and this is a good come back show for Josephus.

On a side note, maybe next time he can take away the Hunter boots, they just don't fit this collection too well.

Here are some of my favorites.
