Trendology: Raf Simons Fall 2010 Menswear Collection

First we have seen Raf Simons' Jil Sander collection, now it is time for him to showcase his own men's fall/winter collection. Where he has used different shape details for Jil Sander collection, in his own one, however, he is going for something different: magnetic snap buttons and thick stripes pattern are this season's signature.

Most of the clothes in this collection are very slim cut to make the the person looks very bold and very sleek. The thick horizontal stripes have made the clothing looks very interesting and I have to say the jacket with the splash of red has totally captured my eyes to showcase Raf's stripes invasion. The trench coats and "long skirt" combination make those models look like they are wearing a cape and this illusion is definitely something I have never thought of before. The magnetic snap buttons have definitely spiced up a plain normal looking blazer.

Aside from the skirts and long trench-coats since I am not that tall, I am hoping I will be able to try on some of the clothes from this collection.
