Trendology: Charming by Studio Tord Boontje Spring/Summer 2010

Netherlands born designer, Tord Boontje, had been one of my favourite modern product designers.  He designed with nature elements but in a romantic and poetic way.  Other than products such as light pendant, kitchenware, home decorative items, he now moved on to design jewellery. After the first collection of charms from last year, he now designed a new collection for 2010.

These charms are a collaboration with Artecnica, and it is a collection of 18k gold and silver plated metal.  They come with a pack of 3 charms that integrated with a large hook and a chain or ind, allow you to match with your other sets easily or wear it alone.  Be creative! Other than wearing them as necklaces, also try them as bracelets, anklets, or bag charms!
