Funkology: Paul Smith for Stelton

Stelton, the Denmark based tableware store is celebrating their 50th anniversary with British fashion designer - Paul Smith.  The leading British fashion designer is to retouch the iconic line from Stelton - the Cylina-Line, originally designed by Arne Jacobsen. The Cylina-Line includes coffee and teapots, and the recent coffee press.  As Paul Smith is famous for his colour imagination, colours are added onto the handles of the pots.  This collection in 2010 is named AddColour, with 3 colour ranges to choose from: Pastel, Primary, and Soft.

Statement, as an accessories set to the Cylina-Line, offering bar set including a cocktail mixer and spoon, a shaker, ice bucket with tongs, two-litre pitcher with striner, small glass coasters, and a serving tray.  Paul Smith had altered the classic set with the gorgeous black.  With the black contrasting the brushed stainless steel body, it's giving the set more personality.  Curious why the set is called 'Statement'? It is because Paul Smith is adding more inspiration to the design with engraving the black surface with thoughts and statement of his own.

Next to Cylina-Line, Paul Smith is also to create a corresponding collection called Dot, stainless steel bowl, with or without lids, as they can be used for decorative purposes or practical purposes. With even more colours to choose from, you can now 'dress up' your desk or kitchen tables with these fabulous stainless steel bowls.
