Trendology: My Sweet Flowerbomb Perfume Cake by Viktor & Rolf

Vikotr & Rolf had just fulfilled my curiosity about turning perfume into food.  To celebrate the 5 years birthday of their Flowerbomb perfume, this beautiful perfume-inspired dessert is created by Yannick and Camille Lesecq (respectively chef and pastry chef at Meurice). The taste of the dessert is said to be subtle and complicated because of its various ingredients - berriboned praline rose yarrow, line to bergamot with jasmine and vanilla, green tea cookie, and of course the Viktor & Rolf chocolate logo.

I am not lucky enough to try a taste of it, but I definitely would not want to destroy this beautiful dessert even if I get the chance.
