Trendology: Brill Communication and Ashworth Associates Holiday Preview Part 2

Let's continue my journey at the Brill building, shall we? (Or you can click here for part 1)

After checking the amazing products on the first floor, I head up to the 2nd floor to see what the preview has in store for me. This floor is definitely a girl's heaven where you can do your nails and hair. Since I don't need any of the services (see, my co-writer should be there for the day), my eyes are on the hunt for gift ideas for my friends. First up there is the milk_shake package which helps to condition natural and slightly dry hair. Somehow, when I smells it, it reminds me of eggnog (it's the holiday spirit I believe). Then there is Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray and I think this will be the girls' favorite. This spray will help to absorb the oil at the roots and also gives volume and texture to your long hair (good for people who need to go to parties after parties during Christmas season).

I really love the package

Girls' new best friend

As for the nail department, Deborah Lippmann's new nail colors have melted my heart (and I am sure my friends will want them for Christmas... so... I will have to stock them up soon). The new colors are Today Was A Fairytale (silvery blue glitter contains Virgin Diamond Powder) and Boom Boom Pow (gold glitter contains 24K Gold Dust). If girls want be the outstanding ones in the crowd, Boom Boom Pow is definitely a perfect choice!

Boom Boom Pow, I like this name

3rd floor is where I spent most of my time in the building. First, I get the chance to see more amazing collections from Esprit and Danier. Girls, if I were you, I would head to Espirit and Danier right now to get some of the clothes because they are simply amazing!

Nice dress (love the detail)

Things I have talked about in Part 1

Then there is the whole luxury lingerie section by Brava Boutique. There are so many great lingerie for the girls for the Holiday Season and "wow" is my reaction when I see them. Since lingerie is like the 2nd skin for women, I do believe girls will immediately fall in love with these high quality products.

The color is great here

This reminds me of Megan Fox, and I don't know why

Josephson Opticians is one of the booths that I stay for a long time to look at the glasses and sunglasses. Since I am looking for a new pair of sunglasses to replace my Prada, when I see the Cartier sunglasses, I just start to drool (I think I need to save up hard on that). The sunglasses is very classy. As for the ladies, cat eye glasses are a bit hit this season so I do urge you to go to Josephson to check out some of those glasses.

This will be great for my everyday wear

This will be on my wish list

Last but not least, there is Hera, the only jewelry brand in the show. The rings and necklaces of this brand are show stoppers and I cannot stop looking at the details of them. My favorite will have to be the cross ring (with the orangish color gem). From what I know, Hera will launch the mens line in 2011 and I have a feeling I will be a fan of this brand after it is launched. Too bad I cannot stay longer, or else I will have an amazing conversation with the designer herself (I believe there is always next time).

The entire amazing collection

If this is for men, I would have tried it out already

After spending an hour in the Brill building, I feel like Christmas has arrived earlier than expected. I have to thank Desia, Peter and Ashley for inviting me to see this amazing preview and all the people who give me details on the products. Now my brain is just full of gift ideas for my friends (and probably for myself) and I think my friends will love what I get them for this Christmas.
