The show opens with Caroline Brasch Nielsen wearing a funky white twill jacket and paper bag shorts and ends with Constance Jablonski wearing a python gown. In between these 2 pieces, you see a lot chiffon tops, flower pattern dresses and see through net pattern jackets. The cutting is very structured but because of the addition decoration on the garments (zipper, drapes, clips), the collection looks very futuristic. It seems that both Alexander Wang and Thakoon have decided to leave black behind (expect 2 pieces) to make the pure, innocent statement. While this collection is very solid, I do not know if people will have difficulties wearing the chiffon pieces since they are all see through. We will have to see how will the sales be for the upcoming S/S season.
