2010 has been an amazing journey for this blog and my co-writer and I cannot thank you enough for supporting us through out the year! To date, we have 60+ [Un]Discovers features and we are blessed to have the support from these amazing talents!
December was a crazy month for me since the I Scream Awards interviews were finally shown to the public with the photos I have taken back in October. I am delighted to know the response for this event is very positive and this tradition will be happening again this year! Once again, congrats to all the winners!
Also, the 1st à la mode party was held on December 15 and I was happy to see everyone was enjoying it a lot. I have to make a special thanks to Josh Glover, the owner of both Sleeping Giant Gallery and 36 Chambers for rescuing my life in 2010 or else I would not be able to throw a party like this in his studio space. To Hitoshi Murakami and Vincent Luk from Hello Foto, you guys are amazing and I am glad I met you during Contact last year! Kyle Kofsky from Everyone Is An Artist, thanks for believing me on the idea or else the shoot would not work out!
There are also a few people I need to thank for making my year so amazing!
Breeyn McCarney, the designer for Breeyn McCarney and Another Word For Pink, thanks for inviting me to your debut show to open a brand new sparkling page in my story book.
Christopher Turner, the writer for The Fashionist and also my mentor, I truly appreciate all your support and all the feedbacks/advices you have given to me. May more good things happen in this year!
The amazing Ukamaku team, thank you so much for all your support and trust my vision. We will be creating more great things in this year!
Jonathan Elias, the co-founder of Shop My Clothes, you are just one amazing person and thank you so much for your help! I am glad you have given me so many opportunities!
The list can go on and on and every individual who has crossed path with me has inspired me in different ways and you are truly a shinning star in my heart! I am also very touched by all the on-going support from you, the readers! Without you, this blog would not be running as smooth as I could imagine.
May 2011 be another amazing year for the blog filled with fun, joy and cool contents! Over all, this blog is about building a community for everyone I know/admire and hope to connect all the dots together. Cheers to all!
