Walk the Walk: Stephane Rolland S/S 2011 Haute Couture Collection

Stephane Rolland has created one stunning Haute Couture for this S/S season and I am loving the deconstruct approach. Even though the color palette is all about earthy tone, because of the interesting silhouette, the whole collection becomes very fresh and glamourous. I think the whole collection is very coherent and I could imagine Anne Hathaway wearing some of the pieces on the red carpet.

Pros:
- Some very interesting silhouettes here and I think a lot of pieces will be show stoppers
- The white and gold series is my favorite in this collection.
- The designer's attention to detail is simply amazing and Stephane truly showcases the essence of Haute Couture.
- I like how some of the gowns are very airy.
- There is a very sleek and clean feeling to the whole collection.

Cons:
- Not a big fan of the square silhouette gown.
- I would love to see a few more orange pieces since they are so sharp in this collection.

Eye Candies:
- The whole white and gold series
- Orange one big should dress
- Black gown with the hour glass silhouette
- Black floor length gown
