Walk the Walk: Walter Van Beirendonck F/W 2011 Collection

I must admit, I was never a huge fan of Walter Van Beirendonck before, but after this season, he is now on my favorite designers list. In this season, the inspiration is coming from Africa and carnival as you can see the colorful combinations and hairstyle. The outfits are brilliantly designed and there are some pieces I would really love to wear for this coming season.

Pros:
- This is a very colorful collection which makes you feel like you are in a carnival.
- The capes
- The colorful ponchos are innovative.
- The color combination of the knitwear is amazing.
- The hands, eyeballs decorations are what I like the most about this collection!

Cons:
- The cape like jacket does not work for me.
- The wide legs pants are probably my least favorite in this collection.

Eye Candies:
- White and grey patchwork suit
- The hands and eye balls blazers (especially the cream and purple one)
- The fringe knit long coats
- The tweet jackets
-The colorful shoes
