Dolce & Gabbana has chosen Zeus and Apollo to be the main elements of this mythological inspired collection. From their faces to their temples, there are many beautiful print pieces and most of them are in relaxing fit to reflect the "fashion senese" of these gods. On the other hand, this collection also offers some amazing well tailored suits and my eyes are pretty much set on the blue one.
Once again, I think the fashion house has created yet another amazing collection. I have a good feeling that if Zeus and Apollo was reincarnated and lived in this world right now, they would probably be wearing one of those amazing suits.
Pros:
- This collection can be divided into 2 series: one is focusing on the Apollo & Zeus story and the other one is all about well tailored suits.
- There is one particular suit I really like because the landscape scene creates a very interesting ombre effect (above).
- The temple print pieces are refreshing and unique.
- I like the fact that the designers continue to push the oversized shirts trend and there is a high chance fashion people will finally accept this concept.
Cons:
- I was hoping to see some shoes with prints on them.
