If you are like me, who is familiar with this brand, then you should know Caitlin's previous collections were always dark, edgy and mysterious. However, in this collection, the clothes emit a very warm and bright vibe.
The designer's version of the tribal warrior is very bold and powerful, with a slightly futuristic edge. Every piece here is well fitted and the small details are what excited me the most. Also, the final 3 custom dresses (yes, these dresses are made specifically for these 3 models) really show her leather patchwork skills and I am sure many ladies will knock on the designer's door very soon to create their one of a kind tribal dress.
I am fortunate to be one of those people who has followed her journey in these past 3 years. From small venues to her first big runway show, she always gives out her 120%, and I like the fact she continues to evolve her brand season after season. After the runway show, a photographer told me that her audience size was as huge as the Joe Fresh show, and all I can say is, Caitlin Power deserves it. She has truly produced an international standard show.
As a friend, I am very proud of you! Bravo!
