Walk the Walk: Burberry Prorsum S/S 2016 Menswear Collection

Lace is a common element in the womenswear world as it always symbolizes sexiness. Today, Christopher Bailey takes this element and applies it on his latest menswear collection. The result is surprisingly pleasant and shows a different side of the Burberry Prorsum men.

For the S/S 2016 collection, from shirts to coats, coat collars to ties, most of the pieces have a nice lace touch. This softens the masculine silhouettes and give a romantic vibe to the pieces. Chelsea is the latest tailored slim fit design introduced in this runway show and it should fit very well on men with a smaller body frame. Personally, I am obsessed with the hand-painted patent leather shoes and the Barrow bag, especially the raffia version. Finally, how can you not love those cashmere knitted joggers? They just look so comfortable!

Once again, Christopher Bailey has created a collection that has something for every Burberry Prorsum fan.

- There is something about this colour palette that makes me think every piece here is timeless.
