Object of Desire: Maison Margiela "REPLICA" Fragrance Collection

Valentine's Day is almost here and I believe a lot of you are still looking for the perfect gift for your better half. Instead of creating a gift guide with a lot of different brands, this year I want to focus on this Maison Margiela "REPLICA" Fragrance Collection.

Tea Escape
"Tea Escape combines soothing citrus notes of bergamot, green tea, sambac jasmine, and crisped rice to evoke a familiar but forgotten moment—a traditional Japanese tea service."

What so special about this collection is that each scent is inspired by the past. These scents can be found in a flower market, in a tea room, or even in a barber shop. Because of that, once you put on the fragrance, it will remind you some of the best memories in that particular setting.

I personally am a big fan of the Tea Escape scent not only because it smells good, but I also think it is a unisex fragrance. If you want to share this bottle with your better half, I would 100% recommend this bottle to you.

The list below is my favourites from this collection. You can head over to Sephora website to see the entire collection and see which scent will suit your better half (or you) the most.

Men

At the Barber's
"At the Barber's combines fresh, clean notes of basil, lavender, tonka bean, and white musk to evoke a familiar but forgotten moment—a visit to an authentic barber shop."

Jazz Club
"Jazz Club immortalizes the masculine and exhilarating ambiance of a Brooklyn jazz club. The balmy base scent of musk, vanilla, tonka bean, vetiver, and tobacco leaves combine to evoke a familiar but forgotten moment—a night’s sojourn to a hidden jazz club."

Women

Beach Walk
"Beach Walk combines fresh and radiant notes of bergamot, coconut milk, lemon, pink pepper, and musk to evoke a familiar but forgotten moment—a walk along a sandy beach."

Lazy Sunday Morning
"This floral fragrance combines notes of lily of the valley, patchouli, iris, and white musk to evoke a familiar but forgotten moment—a sun-drenched morning of relaxation."
