Walk the Walk: Burberry February 2016 Collection - A Patchwork

This is the first collection after Burberry decided to merge their Brit, London and Prorsum together and Christopher Bailey has once again put on a wonderful show!

The title of this collection is called A Patchwork and as you can imagine, almost all the garments have some kind of patchwork elements (sequins, prints etc). Outerwear continues to be the focus point of this brand and I particularly like the military inspired jackets. Dresses are very pretty this season, especially the sequined pieces. As for the accessories, the brand has introduced the Patchwork bag, which is inspired by the belt buckle from the trenchcoat and each one is one of a kind. I also am a fan of those buckle boots and believe they will be a hot item next season!

You can now pre-order this collection online and in-store, and all the pieces are now displayed at the 121 Regent Street Store in London (will move to the Burberry Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré store in Paris on March 1st) .

Starting September, Burberry will have the collection available for purchase after the runway show. This is going to open a new chapter for the brand and the fashion industry. Exciting venture ahead!
