Walk the Walk: Andrew Coimbra F/W 2016 Collection

Almost 2 weeks ago I was invited to Andrew Coimbra's F/W 2016 presentation. As a fan of his brand, I was very excited to check out his collection. Just like his previous seasons, I was amazed by many of the pieces. Today, I am happy to show you the lookbook of this collection!

This collection is inspired by the oil spill off the coast of Vancouver in 2015. The oil printed fabrics, slick textures and aquatic pop-art inspired embroidered embellishments are used to help highlighting the marine pollution issue. Out of all the pieces, I am extremely impressed by the bomber jacket, The cola sweater shirt,  the leather jacket, and the leather backpack. Also, it is very impressive that nearly 100% of this collection is made in Canada.

Seriously, I may want to own the entire collection. Well done Andrew!
