Scot Woodman, our feature photographer in January, is doing something to help the people in Haiti and I am loving this idea. He has sent me an email about his current project and I really believe if you live in Modesto, Ca, you should contact him and get a shot done by him.
Here is what he wants you to know:
"I started my mugshot series Mugshots in early September. It was inspired by the mugshots I saw of famous celebrities on a website. So decided to take my own mugshots series of some of my friends along with a funny story as to how they ended up in the "slammer". I've been approached by many people who also want their mugshot taken. After I saw the heartbreaking images and story on the news about the earthquake in Haiti, I decided to help everyone out. For $10, people can have their "mugshot" taken by me and it will be posted on both my flickr and my Facebook Fan page. 100% of proceeds that I earn from the Mugshot's will be donated directly to an organization to help the Haitian people."If you are interested in doing this shoot, please contact him at this email address: scotwoodmanphoto@me.com
