Ray of Inspirology: Fresh Paint

In the latest issue of New York Times Style Magazine, there is this particular image capture my eyes.

This shot is done by Nick Knight featuring the face paint of Viktor and Rolf (no information on the model here). I am loving the black and white approach of this photo and I never know V&R can do such an amazing job on face paint. What do you think? Do you like it?
