Fashionist[On The Go]: Toronto Fashion Showdown Part 1!

Even though Toronto Fashion Week is not on till next week, many fashion labels have already showcased their S/S 2011 Collections. I was not able to attend to all the shows but Christopher Turner did get a chance to see many of the shows. Here are 2 shows that have caught my eyes.

Evan Biddell "kicked off" the LG Fashion Week with his "Kingdom" S/S 2011 Collection. I saw a lot of studs and buttons on a lot of garments but what really caught my eyes were the pleated long coat, kimono inspired floral print dress and the laser cut leather skirt. [Read Here]

Another show that everyone was anticipated to see this week was Philip Sparks S/S 2011 collection. The inspiration of this collection is rain. The collection is solid and this is the first time Philip Sparks has womenswear collection. [Read Here]

On a side note, if you need a good laugh, I totally recommend you to take a look at this video. I don't lie, you will have a good time after it.
