Fashionist[On The Go]: New Face Of Talbots and A Banned Commercial?

There are two interesting stories that have caught my eyes on The Fashionist this week and I would love to share them with you right now!

Talbots has a new face! For this season, Talbots has picked Julianne Moore as the model for the promotion campaign. If you recognize the style, you will know this shoot is shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. To be honest, I really like this campaign because it looks very fresh and pure. [Read Here]

After reading this piece of news, till this moment, I am still a bit shocked. The latest commercial for YSL's Belle D'Opium is banned by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) in Britain because it somehow encourages people to use drugs(?). I think this is a bit strange to me. [Read Here]
