Katy Perry

Tidbit: I wanted to capture the romantic, airy essence of the original here. Lily Cole was my muse since she's the perfect English rose with her precious doll face. The high-waisted denim shorts conjure up Katy Perry faster than you can say "bikinis on top". Something tells me she wouldn't be opposed to the oversized collar and hearts-aflutter headpiece either.
