Walk the Walk: Roberto Cavalli S/S 2012 Menswear Collection

I must admit, I am deeply in love with Roberto Cavalli's S/S 2012 collection and I would love to have almost every piece in my closet.

For this season, it seems like Cavalli wants to strip down his signature prints to create a very timeless, calssic collection. The color palette is very vibrant, and I think this is what men should wear in the spring and summer time. The cutting is very good and I also like the patch works or python leather on the jackets. Well, if you like prints, you can still get them but they are no longer in exaggerated graphic prints. Instead, you get stripes and geometric prints (on the lapel of the blazers).

Overall, this is a very modern, calssic Italian collection. I know those pieces will fit my body frame. Bravo!

Pros:
- Amazing color palette. I love the fuchsia and yolk yellow a lot!
- The cutting of the suits is great.
- I like the python leather on the jacket and pants.
- The stripes print is great! I can see a lot of people able to carry those looks.

Cons:
- I am not a big fan of the shoes.

Eye Candies:
- Python sweater
- Stripes shirts
- Cream sport jacket with python leather
- Fuchsia suit
