Trendology: Comme Des Garcons Homme Plus Fishnet Cuff Shirt

I like ordinary clothes with a modern twist, so this Comme Des Garcons shirt just suits my taste. The fancy part of the shirt is the fishnet detail on the sleeves. It's subtle, but definitely shows class. I am not too sure if it will fit me since I always need alteration on the sleeves and if that's the case, perhaps the fishnet part will be chopped off.
