Trendology: Holiday Gift Ideas - Women's Accessories

Christmas is only less than a month away and I am pretty sure many of you are in the middle of getting Christmas presents for your friends or family members. This week, I have picked 5 women's accessory and shoe pieces from some of my favourite brands (in alphabetical order) and they may give you some inspirations for your Christmas shopping.

Burberry

The animal head is a major element in this F/W collection and I think the fox bangle is one of the best accessories of this season. If you love bow, you are going to like the bow belt a lot, which is another signature element of this season!

Dolce & Gabbana

Dolce & Gabbana is all about baroque-inspired design this F/W season and I just cannot help but fall in love with the pretty earrings and necklaces. The floral boots are also something that will make every girl screams in excitement if she receives them as a gift this Christmas.

Gucci

Gucci has some very nice studded pieces for this season and if you are a fan of metallic red, you are going to love the bags in this holiday collection. Of course, how can you not love the beautiful scarves from this brand?

Lanvin

The accessories from the Resort Collection are beautiful. I think the clutches will be good for all the holiday parties and the red floral necklace and the red pumps will add some good Christmas spirits to the outfits.

Louis Vuitton

One thing that has really caught my eyes from Louis Vuitton recently is the shoes. The F/W season is all about the fantasy twist of the Mary Jane heels and for the Resort Collection, the corkwood heels are what I will recommend girls to get because they are playful and easy to match with their outfits.

Marc Jacobs

The fairy tale inspired Marc Jacobs F/W collection has been praising by the fashion crowd ever since it was shown in February 2012. The twist on the pilgrim shoes and the hats are the perfect accessories for this holiday season. In my opinions, they are fun and pretty magical.

Prada

Every year Prada released a Holiday Collection and this year, it combines the iconic elements of S/S 2012 and F/W 2012 collections. I really like the mini handbag with the gems on it. Of course, the F/W shoes are great additions to your holiday wardrobe.

Versace

The cross has always been a signature to Versace and for this F/W season, this element is applied on the boots and the bags. I also really like the red fur collar as it adds a cool holiday spirit to your outfit.
