Walk the Walk: Gareth Pugh S/S 2014 Collection

When it comes to Paris Fashion Week, Gareth Pugh is always one of the brands I am looking forward to see and for this S/S 2014, the designer has created yet another amazing collection!

Compare to the F/W 2013 season, the new collection's pieces are very structured and the colour palette and the materials give a very interesting futuristic vibe. I am pleasantly surprised by the turquoise colour because I always think this brand is very dark and edgy. This seasonal colour adds a very funky vibe to many of the pieces and those pieces will be an easy sell.

One of the signature elements here is the mohawk shoulder design and I think those jackets and the fur hats are perfect for editorial shoots. Overall, Gareth's futuristic lady warrior character is back and I cannot wait to see how she will evolve in the next season.

P.S The final walk is genius!
