Wave of Inspirology: Jeanne's love: the history of the Lanvin logo

A lot of you must be familiar with Lanvin, but how many of you actually know the meaning of this brand's logo? Today, I have the answer for you.

To celebrate the 125th anniversary of the brand, a new animation has been released on the web to show Jeanne Lanvin and Marguerite Marie Blanch are happily dancing in front of a pile of sketches and photos. Their outfits in the logo are actually very iconic as these were the clothes the mother and daughter wore to a costume ball in 1907. I love the animation a lot, as it shows the unconditional love between Jeanne and Marguerite.
