Walk the Walk: Alexander McQueen F/W 2015 Menswear Collection

Sarah Burton presented the Alexander McQueen F/W 2015 menswear collection yesterday, and it was another home run!

In this season, the suits are once again very on point, as they look very sharp and clean, with a nice military flare The collection is going back to a darker vibe with a punk twist. The textile is beautiful, especially the red floral one, which reminds me of the red poppies for Remembrance Day. I also love the words on some of the pieces, as they remind me of the qualities of warriors (perhaps these are the modern McQueen fighters). Of course, how can I not fall in love with the multi-panel blazers and coats? These pieces alone show the great craftsmanship of the design team.

Overall, there are a lot of great things in this collection, and I cannot wait to see them starting to hit store in June 2015.

Pros:
- Love the textile in this collection, especially the red floral one.
- It is a very interesting touch to have the words on some of the pieces, those words remind me of the qualities of warriors. Therefore, these are the modern McQueen warriors.
- The multi-panels design really show the flawless craftsmanship of the Alexander McQueen team.
- The socks are some good accessories for this coming season, and I am in love with the leather tie, it reminds me of the spine.
- Love the shoes with the patent leather touch
- The black suites with the silver embellishments are the show stoppers of this show, and for sure will show up on editorials in the upcoming season.

Eye Candies:
- Red floral single breasted suit
- Honour sweater
- Black double breasted suit with silver embellishments
- Tie
- Sock
