At the first glance, everything looks very simple for YDE's F/W 2011 collection; however, when you look at it again, the detail starts to catch you attention. I am loving the use of lace in this collection and the ruffles in this collection. Everything looks very elegant and I think ladies will look very sharp in these outfits if they are planning to attend a lot of year end events.
Pros:
- Love the attention to detail in this collection.
- The use of lace is excellent.
- I like the ruffle detailing in many of the pieces.
- The collection is very coherent.
Cons:
- The green dress does not belong to this collection.
- Not a big fan on the fur coat.
Eye Candies:
- Grey top with white ruffle embellishment.
- Black one piece dress with lace shoulder
- Champagne ruffle dress

Walk the Walk: David Andersen F/W 2011 Collection
David Andersen's collections always capture my heart and this time is no exception.
David has recently shown his collection during Copenhagen Fashion Week and for the first time, a women's line is introduced. The women collection carries the edgy trait from the men's collection and some of the pieces do carry the rebellious attitude. As for the menswear, David never miss the mark to make his men look cool and edgy!
One great show!
Pros:
- The introduction of the women's collection.
- The use of materials (such as fur, leather) on the fashion pieces.
- The edgy deigns on both collections.
- Everything is so true to David's brand vision.
- The slim cut silhouette is always my cup of tea.
Cons:
- A few pieces are too normal for this brand.
Eye Candies:
- Women fur coat
- Men white dress shirt with big zipper on the left hand side
- Men fur vest
- Women leather sharp shoulder jacket

Walk the Walk: Soulland F/W 2011 Collection
A lot of bright color pieces are presented in Soulland F/W 2011 collection which makes this coming season to feel very joyful. Even though the designs are not slim cut, I still find there are some pieces I would love to try on, especially the 4 pockets jacket. I definitely see something for everyone in his collection.
Pros:
- I like the color palette a lot. You can have light colors, and also black if you are a more conservative person.
- The detailing is quite nice.
- The shoes are interesting.
- I am loving the jackets a lot.
Cons:
- Not a big fan of the capes.
- Not a big fan of the star patterned.
Eye Candies:
- All the four pockets jackets
- White biker jacket
- Red cardigan
- Navy color shirt with white stripes on the shoulder area.

Trendology: S'nob de Noblesse S/S Collection 2011
'A perfect mixture of the confident fashion attitude from S´nob and the sharp elegant and feminine style being Noblesse…' is how they introduce S'nob de Noblesse in CFW this year. I would see this make perfect sense while the collection is a crashing of two universes - one would be elegant and feminine, the other one would be strong and wild. The very soft colour prints on the silky fabric reflect the most feminine side of the collection; the glittering stones and the solid black leatherwear are the result of the opposite - edgy and bold. This collection is definitely one of my favourites in CFW this year.

Trendology: Malene Birger S/S Collection 2011
How can we skip Malene Birger from CFW. The high-end designer brand showed us their classy but edgy prêt-a-porter line in CFW, which caught a lot of lady's heart. The look from this season is echoing style icons from the past, in the present. The styles and the looks are very wearable, stylish yet not trying to hard being feminine and sexy. The golden colour scheme is catching as much attention as it needs to have. Other than these elegant clothing line, they also have accessories such as handbags and shoes as you can see them on the runway.

Trendology: Henrik Vibskov S/S 2011 Collection
This is such a fun collection to look at in the Copenhagen Fashion Week!
Henrik Vibskov presents his latest S/S collection in both men's and women's wear. Strange patterns and oversized clothing can be seen throughout the whole show and I am attracted to some of the pattern combinations. Out of all the things in the show, the shoes are what have captured my heart the most because of the black, beige and camel color combination. What do you think? Do you think this collection is too much for you?

Trendology: Wood Wood S/S Collection 2011
There are enough designers who wished to turned streetwear into something unique, or even high fashion. However, Wood Wood is one that stayed true to streetwear, but making it different. Karl-Oskar and Brian Jensen found Wood Wood and were discovered internationally at February's CFW. Today they are one of the hippest streetwear in Denmark. In their S/S collection, you would find sneakers and jeans-friendly sweater, t-shirt dresses, short shorts, etc., all in their own language - creative but wearable pattern and materials.

Trendology: Vilsbøl de Arce S/S 2011 Collection
Let's continue my review on the Copenhagen Fashion Week and today, lets talk about the womenswear brand Vilsbøl de Arce.
Northern European is what I have in mind when I look at this S/S 2011 collection. Camel, shades of grey and orange are the colors you can see through out the runway show and some of the dresses have very interesting cuttings. I do find this collection to be very light and this maybe caused the drapes and loose cut on some of the dresses. Overall, I find this collection to be very solid and elegant. I can't wait to see what this brand has in store for us in F/W 2011.
Here are my favorites and you can click here to view the complete collection.

Trendology: Margit Brandt S/S Collection 2011
Specialized in detailing in fashion, Margit Brandt is one of the leading brand that creates contemporary womenswear. In Copenhagen Fashion Week, the brand is showing their fashion forward sense in the runway, staying true to their primary objective - trendsetting, they also added new details that creates timeless but innovative fashion. The natural colour scheme plays a effortless style with the details on the design. I believe they are focusing on the beautiful lady's long legs. Ultra short pants is one of the styles they're going for this summer, yet Bahamas and jumper pants are still the hotties.

Trendology: Peter Jensen S/S 2011 Collection
Copenhagen fashion week continues to surprise me with this Peter Jensen S/S 2011 collection and it is a pleasant one.
All the models in the runway look like they have been wrapped with some fun and colorful wrapping papers. Let's first talk about the mens department. The clothing may look very normal to you but I am in love with the stripes here. The outfit combinations have made the guys look very smart and refreshing.
As for the ladies, the wrapping paper pattern is definitely making this collection fun to wear. Another fun element for this women's collection is the 2 circles on the dress shirts and with the addition of bow ties, oversized shorts and leggings, this combination has made the killer look for this S/S season. Of course, you cannot miss the metallic colors in this collection to give a rock and roll feeling to the collection.
After seeing this collection, I think S/S 2011 is going to be a fun season for many people, especially people who live in Europe.
These are my favorite and you can click here for the complete runway collection.

Trendology: Shoji Fujii Fall/Winter 2010/2011
I find it really weird that nothing really excites me about New York Fashion Week, probably I am too sad about McQueen's news. But I know something exciting must be going on in the fashion industry, as it always is. And here I found, Shoji Fujii Collection, from Copenhagen Fashion Week. I didn't pay attention to the cut and the details in this collection, but surely the colour triggered my sense visually; the colours of the outfits, the face paint, and the hats provided another visual experience.
