Ray of Inspirology: The Surreal World

If you have seen the Prada F/W 2012 womenswear campaign, I am pretty sure you will feel this editorial from Elle September issue has similarity in it.

This editorial is shot by Horst Diekgerdes and the surreal set is designed by Meghan Duran. Kristine Drinke is dressed in some beautiful pieces picked by Brian Molloy and the looks fit the setting very much. I like the bold red curtain and the zig zag black & white floor, which make the images to be very memorable. What do you think?

I believe this maybe the only editorial that is Prada-free, and I approve!

This editorial is shot by Horst Diekgerdes and it is featured in the latest issue of Elle. Lester Garcia picks some amazing belle curves pieces for model Jade Jackson to wear and I think she looks so pretty in them. What do you think? Are you happy that Prada does not make an appearance here?

Ray of Inspirology: Theory Of Evolution

I like the light setting for this editorial shoot, because it is creating dramatic effects here. This shoot is featured in the latest issue of Elle and is shot by Carter Smith featuring Olga. I think putting Olga in the museum wearing beautiful dresses is a very good choice because I can feel the glamours from the shoot. My favorite photo from the shoot is the Atelier Versace Blue gown one, I just think the dress matches the background flawlessly.

Ray of Inspirology: Taylor Swift for US Elle April 2010

This is the side of Taylor Swift I have never seen before and I wish she can keep her hair like this for a change! In the latest issue of US Elle, Taylor has become the cover girl of the magazine. When I first look at the cover shot, I just feel like this is going to be her typical shoot but then when I see the photos from the spread, I am wrong and I actually get to see a brand new Taylor Swift.

If no one tells me this is Taylor, I would have asked people who this model is. She just looks different and edgier than her normal look. Of course, Alexei Hay has done a very good job by capturing Taylor's best moments in the shoot.
