Trendology: Mark Mcnairy Navy and Gold Nubuck and Leather Saddle Shoes
I am always a fan of Mark Mcnairy shoes because there is always a modern twist on the design. For this season, I have my eyes on this pair of bad boys.
I like the navy blue + metallic gold combination and the ridgeway rubber sole gives a modern touch to the classic model. This pair of shoes is now available at Ssense and is selling for $465. A good investment if you are a shoe lover!

Trendology: Gap x GQ's Best New Menswear Designers in America
Truth is, I have not been that excited for GAP since the last time I could remember. This is just a powerful line up!
On September 27, Gap is going to release a capsule menswear collection. The designers who are involved in this project are nominees of the GQ's best new menswear designers 2012. The line up includes Johan Lindeberg from BLK DNM (also the winner of best new menswear designer 2012), Ian Velardi, Mark McNairy New Amsterdam, Ovadia & Sons, Saturdays NYC and Todd Snyder.
I am in love with most of the pieces because they are versatile for different occasions and really suit my aesthetic. Also, the price point is very reasonable (from $20 for a pair of boxer briefs to $348 for a leather bomber jacket) so I have a very good feeling I may spend some money on few of them, especially the Ovadia & Sons series!
If you are looking for some nice pieces for this season, make sure you mark down September 27 on your calendar and head to Gap on Bloor, Queen West or at Eaton Center for a chance to purchase this collection!

Trendology: Union x Mark McNairy Saddle Shoes
Mark McNairy is definitely a rising star in the shoes industry and today, I want to show this pair of saddle shoes McNairy collaborates with Union. The design is classic and simple, but I am in love with the blue bottom sole, which makes the shoe edgy and modern. There are 2 version of it: Tan and Oxblood. If you are a fan of this designer, you should immediately head to Union before it is sold out. (aka act fast!)

Trendology: Union X Mark McNairy "mix" Brogue
As a shoe lover, I have to say this collaboration is amazing!
UNION has once again teamed up with Mark McNairy New Amsterdam to create this interesting brogue collection. These shoes are all made by the OG shoe maker Sanders and Sanders in the UK. What I like the most is the mix and match materials of the shoes. Also, I am loving the color part at the back of the shoe as it gives a kick to the design. The shoe comes in 3 version: brown/red, tan/yellow and black/blue. If you are interested, you can purchase a pair here.

Trendology: Mark McNairy - TBS Country Brogue
I absolutely love this pair of shoes!
This pair of country brogue is a collaboration between Très Bien Shop and Mark McNairy. The combination of brown suede,white foam sole plus white lace and white eyelets just makes the shoes to look very trendy, sporty and classy at the same time. I regret that I do not know about this until recently because this pair of shoes is currently sold out on Très Bien Shop. If I could get it, I think this will be the perfect shoes for my summer.
