Trendology: adidas x Opening Ceremony OC Dress Rubber Shoes

I rarely talk about Opening Ceremony products but this one here has really captured my heart.

adidas has teamed up with Opening Ceremony to create a capsule collection (a celebration of London Olympics) and this rubber shoe is here pretty amazing. I love the transparent design and also the innersole is printed with paisley print. This product should be a hit!

Trendology: Rodarte for Opening Ceremony Menswear

Yep, you read this right, Rodarte is finally releasing a men's line under the Rodarte for Opening Ceremony series.

This capsule collection has 46 pieces which include t-shirts, dress shirts, glasses, coin purse and of course the knitwear. I am definitely in love with the knitwear and I would love to try on the floral print shirts for fun. Overall, the cutting and design look very promising and it is time for me to save up and pick which piece I want to purchase.

Trendology: TRON Legacy Opening Ceremony Women

So everyone is looking forward to TRON, right? Then I must believe everyone should be fascinated by this TRON inspired collection by Opening Ceremony.  As we looked at the menswear from the collection yesterday, today it's the time to look at the women's. Just like the men's wear, they used very sharp colour and the cuts are very futuristics.  However, the women are meant to have more fun than the men as we get the bags and the shoes.

Trendology: Opening Ceremony x Disney “TRON: Legacy” Menswear Collection

I am dying to get my hands on this collection!

Opening Ceremony has teamed up with Disney to produce a "TRON: Legacy" capsule collection. The color palette includes yellow, blue, orange and black which is the signature colors of the movie. I am liking the racer jacket a lot and I hope I can get it before it is all sold out!

You can now purchase this collection at Opening Ceremony or Opening Ceremony online store (they have TRON womenswear as well).

Trendology: Dr. Martens for Opening Ceremony

Occasionally, Dr. Martens is doing some fun project with another brand, the winner is Open Ceremony this time.  Together, they designed 2 styles - Lily and Darcie.  Lily is the sandal, and Darcie is Dr. Martens' signature, the 8-eyes boots. While Dr. Martens stayed true to their own style, they added heels for the stylish Open Ceremony.  The pattern of the collection is one main attraction, they come with 3 different wild animal patterns; in addition, Darcie has one of her own cool looking black pebble.

Trendology: WANT Les Essentiels X Opening Ceremony

I have always had my eyes on WANT Les Essentiels and now they are collaborating with Opening Ceremony to produce some exclusive bags. Unlike the normal WANT Les Essentiels line, each product in this collection is multi colors. There are 2 colors for you to choose for each product (black or green) and the collection includes a cosmetic bag and 2 version of computer bags.

I would love to get any one of the computer bags from this collection!

Trendology: Opening Ceremony Fall/Winter 2010 Delivery 2

After the First Delivery, Opening Ceremony is revealing their Second Delivery of their Fall/Winter collection.  Unlike the First Delivery that was inspired by French sailor and European gypsies style, the Second Delivery is more British Youth style.  Glam rock colours, pyramid metal studs, skin head fit jeans and layering style are added to the collection to reference the youth subculture in Britain.  Even though the newer collection is fairly different, to echo with the previous collection they kept the materials similar, such as soft suits, military grade wool and knit.

Trendology: Opening Ceremony Fall/Winter 2010 Collection

This coming fall, Opening Ceremony is going back to some classic looks, inspired by style and culture of modern France. They took the classic sailor stripes, French naval uniforms, and European gypsies, combined with details of their own to produce this fall/winter collection.  The collection is simple and clean, but definitely would rock your everyday.

The collection will start showing in Paris tomorrow.
