Trendology: Chanel Spring RTW 2011 Collection

Surely black and white are Karl's favourite colours, it's always the colour combination on his suit and often the main colour theme in his design collection. Even though he's very creative in his fashion with only these 2 colours, I am more than surprise to see some of the clothes with vivid colours as this is a RTW collection. It's great to see a dreamy side of Chanel.  But since it's Karl Lagerfeld's Chanel show, of course black and white is not going to be missed. Inspired from the movie, Last Year at Marienbad, which Coco Chanel designed the woman's wardrobe provoked Karl Lagerfeld imagination.  Reconfiguring the black lace dresses with feathers, it is best echoed the classic Chanel and the modern Chanel.

P.S. So Chanel has kids wear now? That's adorable!
