Trendology: YDNA Collection by And! Nguyen 2014

Leave it to the dedicated creative minds behind YDNA Collection to have the most intricate set design I've ever seen at [FAT] for the collection titled #ELUDE. Following last year's sparkling array of glitter effects on the runway, the audience and models were all anxious for the lights to dim. A [FAT] model's favourite kind of show is when the designers got so much flava it's always a bit more fun to take your walk.

Setting the stage before the show were two campy French maids one at each corner and as  the music started, their job was to feather dust off the runway for a stacked roster of models to walk on the green carpet. I have to say I loved the pace of the show, just fast enough it kept those in attendance wanting just another couple seconds before the next look came charging through the duel doors at the foot of the runway. Overall, it was a very urban jungle styled presentation that encompassed what's hot right now. A particular favorite of mine, which I've included below in picture, is the leather overalls. Oh, and did I mention that Andy even made a sun visor look chic?! Yup, I said it. Still having day dreams about possible pairings for the white cropped sweatshirt too!
