Picture Perfect: Giambattista Valli Holds Court with the Ladies

In the latest issue of W Magazine, there are a few stories on designer Giambattista Valli. One of them is an editorial on his friends in the fashion and entertainment industries.

Shot by Emma Summerton, this editorial features Lee Radziwill, Vanessa Moody, Alba Clemente, Allison Williams, Astrid Holler, Alix Angjeli, Emma Summerton, Sasha Pivovarova, Allison Sarofim, Diane Kruger and Nicola Peltz. Everyone is dressed in the designer's creation (from Giamba to Haute Couture) and shows the elegant and classy vibe of the fashion house flawlessly. The setting is very simple to bring out the colourful vibe of the clothes.

Overall, this editorial is beautifully done.

Ray of Inspirology: Prada Iconoclasts: "Harlem Renaissance" by Edward Ennifnul

If these images was the official S/S 2014 campaign, I would be in cloud 9.

These images are used for the Prada Iconoclasts project in Monte Napoleone stores. The brand has invited Edward Ennifnul to curate the store setting to reflect the aesthetic of both parties. The entire theme is inspired by the Harlem Renaissance culture movement, and the images remind you of the art-deco bars. I personally love the shots done by Emma Summerton, and with the help of Edward's flawless styling skill, they truly reflect the classy and edgy vibe of Prada.

Ray of Inspirology: Doll Divine

There is something special about this editorial and I think one of the reasons is the facial features of Kirsi Pyrhonen.

This is shot by Emma Summerton and it is featured in the latest issue of i-D. Kirsi here looks like a doll and I cannot get over her eyes as they are like jewels to me. The styling by Cathy Kasterine is great and I think the vignette effect is also enhancing the mood of the images. Overall, it is a very stunning editorial and I would love to see more of Kirsi in the future.
