Abbey Lee, you are an adorable doll!
This editorial is shot by Richard Bush and it is feature din the Fall issue of i-D. The looks in this editorial are all inspired by Twiggy and I have to say, Abbey Lee has totally nailed the expression department. Sarah Richardson has done an amazing job picking the clothes for this shoot and I cannot forget to give props to both Ashley Javier and Francelle Daly for the amazing hair and makeup on Abbey Lee.
What do you think?

Ray of Inspirology: If You Were a Library Book, I'd Check You Out...
What a strange title of this editorial but the photos here are stunning!
This series is shot by Josh Olins for the latest issue of i-D. As per usual, Raquel Zimmermann is looking flawlessly in the images. The shadow in the images is making the series more dramatic which I really like. of course, Alastair McKimm has done a really good job for selecting the clothes for this shoot. My favorite shot of this series is the Givenchy one (is sexy and tasteful). Which one is your favourite?

Ray of Inspirology: Doll Divine
There is something special about this editorial and I think one of the reasons is the facial features of Kirsi Pyrhonen.
This is shot by Emma Summerton and it is featured in the latest issue of i-D. Kirsi here looks like a doll and I cannot get over her eyes as they are like jewels to me. The styling by Cathy Kasterine is great and I think the vignette effect is also enhancing the mood of the images. Overall, it is a very stunning editorial and I would love to see more of Kirsi in the future.

Fashionist[On The Go]: September Covers, McQueen's Angelic Gown and Gucci Guilty
It's Friday and it is time for me to do a round up for the most interesting stories on The Fashionist.
All magazines have finally released the September issue and my favorites covers will be these three: i-D, LOVE and W. The covers have reflected that many magazines are going for a more artistic direction and I love that! Which one is your favorite cover? [Read Here]
Finally, Gucci is going to have a short film to promote the new Gucci Guilty fragrance. The film is directed by Frank Miller (300, Sin City) and Evan Rachel Wood and Chris Evans are starring in it. I will be blogging it when the film is finally out, but for now, let's just take a sneak peek of this teaser! (you will see my post on the print ads real soon, super HOT) [Read Here]

The world finally gets to see the final piece Alexander McQueen has created before his permanent absence from the fashion scene. This floor length gown is created for his muse Annabelle Neilson for the White Tie and Tiara Ball back in June. The gown is simple and elegant and I believe this is how the angles look like in McQueen's world. [Read Here]

Ray of Inspirology: i-D Pre-Fall 2010 Then Now Next Cover
I rarely just talk about magazine cover before seeing the editorials inside, but for this one, I have broken the rule.
Here are the 3 covers for the new issue of i-D and they are all shot by Nick Knight. The models here are (if you really have no clue) Kate Moss, Lady Gaga and Naomi Campbell. I really love the black and white effect here with the pink logo to make the covers look very fresh and clean. All 3 models have definitely delivered here but my eyes are constantly going back to Kate Moss and I believe is the L composition that is doing the magic here.
