Picture Perfect: Vogue Germany S/S 2015 Trends

S/S 2015 is upon us and magazines are starting to release their trends report. Below is a great trends editorial from Vogue Germany!

This spread is shot by Giampaolo Sgura, and it features Andreea Diaconu, Hilary Rhoda, Karmen Pedaru, Amanda Wellsh and Ronja Furrer. All the models are styled by Christiane Arp and Nicola Knels, and they are all dressed in some of the most iconic pieces in this season. I like this spread a lot because each image really shows the strength of each brand. Out of all the shots, these 15 in this post are my top favourites!

Picture Perfect: Panoplies

Ever since the Moschino S/S 2015 fashion show, I know the Barbie fever is going to hit the fashion world. Well, my instinct is right, and this latest editorial is a good prove!

This spread is featured in the December issue of Vogue Paris and it is shot by Giampaolo Sgura. Both Magdalena Frackowiak and Elisabeth Erm are transformed into toy dolls and each image is specifically about a brand. Inside the toy box, aside from the "figure", it also contains accessories to match the outfit. I love this concept a lot and I would love to see an illustration version of it!

Leave it to Anna Dello Russo to show you what F/W fashion is all about in this spread!

This editorial is featured in the October issue of Vogue Japan and shot by Giampaolo Sgura. Catherine Loewe, Hanne Gaby Odiele and Lindsey Wixson are dressed up for their supermarket run, and they are accompanied by Mariano Ontaro and Alessio Pozzi.  Anna Dello Russo always has a unique sense of style, and it really reflects in these images. Overall, I think the entire concept is cute, fun, and suits the Japanese market a lot.

Ray of Inspirology: Dolce & Gabbana Womenswear F/W 2012 Promotion Campaign

Oh, so lively!

Dolce & Gabbana has just released the new campaign images for both the womenswear and menswear and in this post, we will just concentrate on the women's one. The campaign is shot by Giampaolo Sgura and it features Bianca Balti, Monica Bellucci and Bianca Brandolini D'Adda. The images are very lively and I love how they reflect the lifestyle of people in Sicily and Italy.

Looking at this campaign makes me want to jump on a plane right now and head to Italy! What do you think?

Ray of Inspirology: Premiers Roles

This editorial reminds me why I used to like Crystal Renn...

From the latest issue of Vogue Paris, Crystal Renn and Adrien Sahores are the subjects for photographer Giampaolo Sgura. I love the black and white images as they are very classy and timeless. Crystal Renn nails the series and her eyes are just full of emotion and energy.

I don't know when this shoot took place but I really hope Crystal will go back to this look as soon as possible. The blonde version of her just doesn't work for me.

Ray of inspirology: The Girl Who Rocks The Planet

If you have been to Japan, you will not be surprised by this editorial. If not, you will find this editorial to be very tacky and weird.

This spread is shot by Giampaolo Sgura and Alina Weber is styled by Anna Dello Russo (if you can't recognize her style). The street style images capture what a foreign girl will wear in Japan and honestly, I think she will fit right in the crowd since Japanese people tend to like taking risk when it comes to fashion. I like the composition and also the metallic pieces are really grabbing my attention. Again, I think this editorial is either a hit or miss in your world (to me, is a hit).

Below are the promotion campaign images for Dolce & Gabbana S/S 2012 womenswear collection. The shots are taken by Giampaolo Sgura and the feature models are Bianca Balti and Monica Bellucci. The images are very close to what I have in mind: the setting is in Italy and the models are getting ready for the family gathering. Composition is great and I love both models are so outstanding in the crowd in this campaign. What do you think?

Ray of Inspirology: Dolce & Gabbana Jewellery 2011 Campaign

Bianca Balti is the face for the Dolce & Gabbana first ever jewellery collection and this campaign is shot by Giampaolo Sgura. The photos are very stunning and Bianca looks so beautiful in them. Also, the jewellery pieces are very pretty and they are staying true to the Italian style. If you want more information about this collection, you should check it out here.

It's the Logomania in the November issue of Vogue Japan!

Styled by Anna Dello Russo, this editorial is shot by Giampaolo Sgura featuring Cyrstal Renn. We all should be very familiar with the Anna Dello Russo's creative headpieces and this time, she has used the logos of different brands as inspiration and put them on Crystal Renn's head. I always like to see Crystal Renn in editorials and I think now she has evolved to become a classy and elegant lady. A very well done editorial!

This editorial is shot by Giampaolo Sgura and it is featured in the latest Vogue Japan. As you can guess, model Aymeline Valade is styled by Anna Dello Russo so there is no doubt you can imagine some of the looks on ADR during fashion weeks this coming season. What do you think of the series?

Whenever Anna Dello Russo is the stylist, you know that the editorial will be good.

In the latest issue of Vogue Nippon, Karmen Pedaru is shot by Giampaolo Sgura and the editorial is very interesting. I really like the big wig on Karmen and with Anna Dello Russo flawless fashion sense, every piece of clothing in this editorial just complement one another. I am also loving all the decorations on the head, those designs are simply brilliant! To sum up this shoot, fresh and playful are the two words I can come up with instantly. What do you think?

This is one amazing editorial featured in the latest issue of GQ Style Germany!

This spread is shot by Giampaolo Sgura featuring Nicolas Ripoll. I am stunned by the location Giampaolo chooses for this shoot and Nicolas' performance is flawless here. Klaus Stockhausen is doing a great job by styling Nicolas into a very edgy and classy gentleman. Overall, this is a solid spread and I can't take my eyes off the photo below.

This editorial is featured in the latest issue of Vogue Nippon. Shot by Giampaolo Sgura and styled by Anna Dello Russo, Alessandra Ambrosio is looking so chic and trendy here. I am loving the outfit combination and standing in front of the dark background just makes all the clothes stand out. Which one is your top pick? Mine will be the Miu Miu one.

Ray of Inspirology: On His Marc

Even though this spread has Deborah Ann Woll in it, but I just want to say, "Marc, you are looking great here!"

This editorial is photographed by Giampaolo Sgura and is featured in the latest issue of InStyle. All the clothes Deborah is wearing in this spread are by Marc Jacobs and I love them. Again, Marc looks amazing (even though he has only one shot) and at the same time Deborah looks very elegant with that tweed coat on. Overall, I think this is a very pleasant editorial for the eyes.

Ray of Inspirology: Top of World

This is something I want to shoot for a long time and Giampaolo Sgura, the photographer and Anna Dello Russo, the stylist have done an editorial shoot for February issue of Vogue Nippon.

I am a fan of blending vintage look with trendy high fashion clothes in an editorial shoot and as you can see here, Zuzana Gregorova has dressed up in the latest season of clothing with a vintage makeup look. The whole shoot is so colorful and every photo just attracts you to see all the details on clothing and accessories.
