Ray of Inspirology: The "It" Factor

Putting surreal elements to the S/S menswear shoot is a pretty brilliant idea, especially when this season has so many bold print pieces!

This shoot is shot by Frederik Heyman and it is featured in the latest issue of Vogue Hommes Japan. It's a very good reference spread as you can see all the iconic S/S menswear pieces from different fashion houses. As I said before, the surreal element is giving a giant kick to the whole series. I love what I see here! What do you think?

Ray of Inspirology: The Scream

If you are a photographer and you like to capture the models scream moment, then you will find this to be very inspiring.

This editorial is shot by Willy Vanderperre for  the latest issue of Vogue Hommes International and the model here is Jonathan Marquez. I have to give props to Panos Yiapanis for picking out some amazing outfits for this shoot. Also, I like how Willy captures the blurry image of Jonathan when he is screaming. At some point, this editorial is slightly haunting. What do you think?

Ray of Inspirology: Elvis

Vogue Hommes International has one interesting Elvis conceptual shoot in this latest issue and I like it. It is shot by David Sims and I really like the mood of it. Out of all the photos, I am particularly falling in love with the black and white portrait shot. It's very moody and it shows the best feature of the model.
