This is one nice colour dream from Gucci this coming S/S 2013 season!
Frida Giannini is making a big statement in this runway show - all men should wear more colours next spring. On the runway, there are an army of models walking in solid bright colour suits which really wow the audience with the impeccable design and cutting. If you consider yourself a fashion risk taker, there are also some floral print pieces which send off a very strong bohemian vibe. Loafers seem to be a must have for every man next season and in here, Frida presents you different colour versions and also the use of different materials. Seriously, if every man is going to dress in Gucci style, the world will be less boring.
P.S Clement Chabernaud looks absolutely amazing in Gucci suits! No wonder he is both opening and closing the show!
Pros:
- The colour palette is so refreshing. It's great to see Frida using bright colours to create suits this season!
- The floral print pieces are very nice, they give out a nice bohemian vibe.
- Gucci is one of the rare brands that can make double breasted suit look young and sleek.
- As usual, I love the cutting of the suit, always so impeccable.
Cons:
- I would like to see at least a lace up shoe style in this collection.
Eye Candies:
- Green suit
- Pink suit
- Blue pinstripes suit
- White patent leather jacket
- Black suit

Ray of Inspirology: Jil Sander S/S 2012 Promotion Campaign
Season after season, Jil Sander's promotion campaign is always one of my favourites and this season is no exception. This series is shot by Willy Vanderperre and styled by Olivier Rizzo. Unlike the whimsical feeling in the Louis Vuitton S/S 2012 campaign, Raf Simons, the creative and art director of Jil Sander, has brought Natasha Poly, Daria Strokous, Clement Chabernaud and Aiden Andrews to a "crime scene". The feeling of this campaign is intense and I like the use of the broken glass hole. Seriously, with such a great campaign this season, how can the brand top itself again in the F/W season?

Ray of Inspirology: Valentino S/S 2012 Campaign
Deborah Turbeville has shot quite an amazing campaign for Valentino.
This campaign features Bette Franke, Fei Fei Sun, Maud Welzen, Zuzanna Bijoch, Clement Chabernaud and I have to admit, it took me sometime to be fully absorbed by this campaign. The images are very peaceful and I feel like I am walking in a dream. The composition is great and the setting is making everything so dreamy. At this moment, I just cannot get enough this amazing series.
